FAQs
Where are you based and do you travel?
We are based in Stourbridge, West Midlands but we love to travel! Locations within a 50 mile radius would be included in your package but we are happy to discuss and send through a customised quote for weddings that are further afield before locking you in.
How long does it take to receive our photos/video?
We will send you a small selection of digital images usually within 48 hours for you to post on social media. The rest, we aim to get to you within 2-3 weeks.
We don’t like posing and are both a little awkward?
That is perfectly normal. We will talk you through it and make you feel as comfortable as we can. We will suggest a few poses to make sure you’re both looking and feeling confident. If this is something you worry about, we highly recommend an engagement shoot as this will give us the chance to get to know each other and answer any other questions or worries you have.
What if it rains?
Nothing will get in the way of making your day special. We will look for the perfect undercover or indoor area. As long as you are happy to go with the flow, then we are too!
Do we need to feed you?
Yes please. We will be on our feet all day and need our creative juices to keep on flowing! All we ask is that you arrange for us to eat at the same time as the bridal party and guests as we need to be available to continue shooting.
How do we receive our photos from you?
We will deliver an online gallery to you which allows you to download your images online and is password protected.
Can we pick our song for the video?
No. We use purchased licensed music for videos which means we can legally post them online. We choose music that creates the overall vibe and mood of your day that reflects our style as well as your day.
Do you give us the raw images?
To put it simply, no. When you hire us, you are hiring our style and trust us to bring our creative interpretation to your day. To us, the editing process is equally as important as the photo taking part.
Wedding Video
You’ve spent thousands if not tens of thousands of pounds on your special day; from wedding favours to your beautiful wedding dress. The day passes so quickly and it’s easy to miss or forget special moments as you are caught up in the moment. Let us capture everything from the bride having a glass of champagne with her bridesmaids as she is getting ready, through to the first dance, where you finally have a few minutes, just the two of you before enjoying celebrating with family and friends.
Our highlight video show cases each special moment, including details you don’t see such as the groom wiping a tear as he sees his bride for the first time, or the adoring faces of parents and friends.
